Prasad Patil, CTO of JM Baxi Technology Businesses and an experienced tech leader in the industry, has moved on to take up the role of CTO at NCDEX eMarkets Limited. NCDEX is a leading Indian online commodities spot market and services company.
NeML works closely with its ecosystem partners to create efficient commodity markets and has pioneered breakthrough initiatives like Mandi Modernization Program, e-Pledge, and e-marketing.
Prasad has worked across a broad spectrum of B2B, B2C and B2G industries like Automobile, Banking, Steel, Oil & Gas, Agrotech, Logistics, Shipping, Ports, Information Security, Retail, Telecom and EPC. At JM Baxi Technology Businesses, he led the IT Initiatives for Portall Infosystems & Arya Communications as the CTO, and also served the business role of chief operating officer. He was elevated as the business head of safety, security & new products at Arya with P&L responsibility.
Over his 20+ years of career, he has worked with conglomerates like Mahindra & Mahindra, ICICI Bank and Essar.
Prasad is an IIM Ahmedabad Alumnus and has done certications from NMMIS, IIT Mumbai, IIT Kanpur and University of Austin, Texas.
