Tejas Shah, who was previously heading IT Infrastructure at Axis Finance Limited, has joined Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal as Deputy Director – IT.
SVKM is a Public Charitable Trust that runs and operates several educational schools, colleges and institutions across India.
In his new role, Shah will be managing IT Infrastructure which includes servers, applications and network.
He will also be responsible for managing everyday IT operations and IT infrastructure while driving new IT initiatives at SVKM. His immediate focus will be on ensuring compliance of the systems, providing assistance to Senior Stakeholders & business users, vendor management, process improvement and developing IT policies/new practices.
At Axis Finance, during his 2+ years’ stint, Shah was responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions. Prior to Axis Finance, Shah had a long stint at HDFC Bank and served in various decision making roles for over 11 years.
